Mariah Carey’s BFF and Jermaine Dupri’s protege’ rapper Da Brat, is now a free woman.
She was released from from jail after serving 2.5 years in the joint for busting a nightclub waitress over the head with a bottle.
She isn’t TOTALLY free though, she will have to serve 7 years on probation.
Let’s hope that she has learned her lesson this time, and does not go BACK to jail..you know, rappers have a tendency to do that—(cough)*T.I.*(cough)
